Find out about how the castle is used by the President of the Czech Republic, but also how it served as the seat of power for: the Kingdom of Bohemia, the Holy Roman Empire and during Communist Czechoslovakia.

Cancelation Policy

If you are booking for more than 2 people physically present with you, buy additional tickets for all viewers present with you. Teletours can be on-location or off-site with pictures, depending on weather, local time and conditions. All sales are final. For cancellations and rescheduling contact customer service. If approved, refunds will include the ticket price less the Teletourguide.com fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined). The Teletourguide.com fees are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the teletour buyer when a refund is approved and processed. If a teletour is cancelled or postponed for any reason by Teletourguide.com, the buyer will receive a credit for another teletour.
