If you are booking for more than 2 people physically present with you, buy additional tickets for all viewers present with you. The Teletourguide.com fees are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the teletour buyer when a refund is approved and processed. If a teletour is cancelled or postponed for any reason by Teletourguide.com, the buyer will receive a credit for another teletour.
